Thank you all for the gracious comments, well wishes and prayers … we feel extremely fortunate to have the love and support of our friends, family and incredible community. Needless to say, it has been both overwhelming and very comforting for us, so again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
John did great today, this picture was taken as he was waking up from sedation … they put him under every day for radiation and he has this cool mask that holds his head in the exact same position every time, allowing the treatment to be as focused and effective as possible. He wakes up a little groggy and very hungry – but he’s still able to keep a positive attitude. He makes us very proud, Day 3 is in the books!
