Celebration of Life

JBT

We have been on this journey together for the past 10 months and are truly grateful for all the love this community has given our family. We will hold a celebration of John’s life at the Gilford Community Church on Saturday, April 12th at 2pm. After the service, we will walk through the village to the Pine Grove Cemetery, and then gather back at the Gilford Youth Center.

We are grateful that you have been helping the kids remember John at home and in school.  We will continue to remember him in many different ways, but this service is just for adults. Please wear comfy shoes for the walk to the cemetery.

For those of you traveling from out of town, a block of rooms have been reserved at the Gilford TownePlace Suites Marriott. You can reference ‘Thompson’ upon reservation.

  1. God Speed to Master John Bradley Thompson’s Family. I hope to get to know better your beautiful little boy down the road. I have a feeling it will be an Honor!

  2. I am a friend of Jenna. I know your pain lost my child. Pray for your family to find peace. He sure was a lovely child.

  3. Love to you all; I’m so very, very sorry….I just found out. What a precious boy, a precious soul! So grateful that you shared him and his fight with us here. Our lives are all the better for it, as we move forward on Earth. I will always be thinking of you on your walk on this road; I haven’t been on it much longer…you are never alone.

  4. Bless John’s heart. I did not have the privilege to know him, but I know in my heart he made the world a better place during the short time he was here. We are all connected in the ebb and flow of life. John’s sweet spirit will live on through the people who knew and loved him.

  5. I just want to reach out & give my condolences. I was reflecting on the special video the FFB family did last year after awards. John is at peace now… the pain & suffering has ended for your special boy. You no longer have to be heartbroken over what your special boy is going through. You now have a new job as his parents, to carry on living life to the fullest in John’s honor. He will be with you each step of the way. Heaven gained a special angel today.

    GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

    Robin
